What patients ask before starting.
Do I need a device?
No. Daily self-report (under one minute) is enough for most patients. Devices add precision; we'll guide you on what's worth syncing.
Who sees my data?
Only your clinician and our HIPAA-bound care team. Data is stored in our secure portal, never on the marketing site, and never sold.
How quickly will someone respond if a threshold is crossed?
Within 24 hours during operating days. RTM is not a replacement for emergency response — call 911 or 988 if it's urgent.
Can I pause RTM?
Yes. Pause for travel, surgery recovery, or any reason — no penalty. Restart anytime with a brief check-in.
