Payments

You agree to pay all fees due for services requested according to the prices and payment terms presented at the time of your transaction. Prices may change at any time at our sole discretion. When prompted, you will be asked to provide payment details such as credit card information. By entering and submitting your payment information, you authorize us, our affiliates, or our third-party payment processors to charge the applicable amount, including any recurring fees associated with subscription services.

You understand and agree that you are responsible for all fees associated with healthcare and pharmacy services, including those charged by healthcare organizations or providers connected to the Services. Your payments may include fees collected by Vita Health 365, Inc. on behalf of these healthcare organizations or providers.

Any healthcare or pharmacy services not provided by us, an affiliated physician practice, or offered through our platform are not included in the payments collected by Vita Health 365, and you may be separately billed by the applicable healthcare organization or provider.

If your payment method expires or cannot be processed, you may receive notice to provide an alternative payment method. Healthcare organizations and/or providers have no obligation to deliver services until full payment is received or verified. You are responsible for keeping your payment information (such as credit card number and billing address) accurate and up to date at all times.

Subscription Services

Some products or services may be offered on a subscription or membership basis. For such Subscription Services, your payment method will be automatically charged at regular intervals as described during the checkout process.

You may cancel your membership at any time before the next billing date. If you cancel mid-month, you will still have full access to the program for the remainder of the current billing period, and your cancellation will take effect at the start of the next monthly subscription cycle.

Refunds

Except as specifically stated in any applicable refund or return policy provided through the Services, all fees and charges are non-refundable, in whole or in part. You are fully responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

However, if it is determined that you are not an appropriate candidate for our Semaglutide- or Tirzepatide-assisted weight loss program, you will receive a full refund.
