각 스위치는 실제로 발송되는 알림 하나에 대응해요. 끄면 그 알림은 오지 않습니다. Each switch maps to one thing we actually send. Turn it off and that notification stops. 每个开关对应一类实际发送的通知。关闭后即不再收到。

앱 푸시 App push 应用推送

푸시 알림 받기 Allow push 接收推送 끄면 아래 두 가지를 포함해 앱 알림이 하나도 오지 않아요. Off means no app notification of any kind, including the two below. 关闭后将不会收到任何应用通知，包括下面两项。
케어팀 메시지 Care-team messages 护理团队消息 의료진·지원팀이 메시지에 답장하면 알려드려요. When your care team replies in Messages. 护理团队在消息中回复时通知您。
웰니스 리마인더 Wellness reminders 健康提醒 운동하는 날, 식사 기록, 주간 체중 측정 알림. Training days, meal logging and the weekly weigh-in. 训练日、饮食记录与每周称重提醒。

문자 메시지 Text messages 短信

SMS 수신 Receive SMS 接收短信 앱 푸시가 닿지 않을 때 케어팀이 문자로 연락해요. 어떤 문자에든 STOP으로 답장하면 즉시 차단됩니다. How the care team reaches you when a push cannot be delivered. Replying STOP to any text blocks it immediately. 当推送无法送达时，护理团队会通过短信联系您。回复 STOP 可立即停止。
